Sunday 13 December : Nature Trail At Kapsi Lake
On 2nd & 4 th Sunday on environmental activity called Nisarga Katta is organised by Satpuda Foundation . As a part of field visit the nature trail were organised at kapasi Lake to observe the migratory birds on 13 December 2009. 60 students & 5 teachers form different school i.e. D.A.V. English School, Khandelwal English School, Swavlambi Vidylaya, Gurunanak Convent participated in the nature trail.In this Bird Watching programme student walked along the edge of kapsi lake and observed different species of migratory and local birds they include wooly nake stork, jackana, Brhmni Duck Etc.
They also studied bio diversity of plants and small insects found along the lake.
After observation a nature game were organised by Mr. Amol Sawant a co-ordinator of KFT , in ehich students know the relation between plants, animal and human being.

Monday 4 January 2010 : Bird watching programe at Kapshi lake with Moharidevi Khandelwal Girls High School, participate 50 student's and 4 teachers including headmistress Smt. S.Sabale . Mr.Sanjay Harne (Employee of Wild life department, Akola & Famous Bird watcher) was sharing information with student's at Kapshi.

Thursday 7 January 2010 : Social Forestry Disportment Akola & Akola KFT jointly organised Bird Photography Exhibition (Photo's By Vilas Deshmukh Bird Photographer & Amol Sawant ) at Thelara City for 30 National Green Crops School. 1500 students giving visit for this Bird Photography Exhibition.
